Celebration Food Truck Friday

11 Aug

Celebration finally entered the world of food trucks! Last night, I joined many other residents and locals at the “851 Building” for a little food truck festival.

I walked up and down the road to see what I could eat that would fall within my “no carb guidelines”. I ended up at Monsta Lobsta, where I ordered a lobster roll and didn’t eat the bread. (If you don’t know already, I’m doing a hybrid ketogenic diet with Greater Orlando Medical Weight Loss)

The lobster roll was soooo tasty with a hint of lime juice. I would definitely spring for it again.

I was still hungry, and I knew right where I wanted to go! My favorite food truck, by far, is Big Wheel Provisions.

It was a little difficult to decide on something that I could eat due to my no-carb diet (only for 4 days), but I chose the tri tip steak sandwich and didn’t eat the bread or tomatoes. It was delicious!

Apparently, the food trucks will be returning to Celebration every second Friday every month. I cannot wait to indulge in more yummy dishes! Maybe I’ll sometime be able to get a cupcake from Yum Yum Truck? If you’re a local or in the area, let me know if you want to join me for the next one!

Maybe you’ll get them soon! They’re becoming so popular, I think every area will have them soon :)

There,s a roundup Monday nights in Hollywood at Young Circle and also at the Hard Rock but I’m not sure which days. I know that’s still a good 45 minutes but it’s closer than Orlando. :)
